The Code Giant provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO, and custom software development services. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual project agreements and statements of work.

4. Project Agreements
All project work is governed by individual agreements between The Code Giant and the client. These agreements outline scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and ownership of work product. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

The Code Giant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
